I have a tool I found at a show somewhere for cutting a new seat in. It has a cutter head with four cutters and a pilot that keep it straight in the guides and turns with a "T" handle. It is for Chevrolet engines made from 1913-1934 with 1 1/2" 45 degree seats and 5/16th" guides. It is a neat tool but I have never used it so I don't know how well these work. There is no manufacturer name on the box but it has a number HR-3164 and may have been a chevy dealership tool. I wonder if IH had something like this as a field service tool in the old days.
