My neighbor has a Cub that he would like to add a second hydraulic control onto so he can operate a remote cylinder seperate from the tractors normal hydraulics. He indicated he had a remote valve addon that is made for a larger Farmall but is unsure if it can be made to work on the Cub. We have been debating how such a valve would work. We assume the valve taps into the pressure and return lines from the pump but a open center valve there would let fluid run through it and the normal hydraulic control would cease to function. A closed center valve wouldn't do that but in order for that to work the pressure line would have to be under constant high pressure. We don't know how the aux. hydraulic valve works on other models. Any help would be much appreciated.
