Yes your lucky, One of the best luck cases I ever heard of is a friend of mine has an uncle in northern Michigan and he owns some acreage and he has a wood burning stove in a cinderblock shed outside with a boiler to heat his house. Well hears where the good luck comes in, the railroad company was ripping up miles of track near his house and the railroad went to my friends uncle and said Hey! do you want dumptruck loads of railroad ties for your wood stove, and the railroad paid him money to take the timbers. I think he got about 40-50 cords of wood. Now that is good luck.
