230 manifold

I was cleaning up the manifold of the 230, found a small, pea-sized hole in one of the outer exhaust tubes...is this a big deal? also, the threads for the stack are mashed up pretty bad...what if anything can I do with these, short of just welding the pipe to the manifold?

in the interest of updates, the head is rebuilt and purty, waiting on a bench. The block will be coming off shortly, have decided to redo the bottom end as well, since im in the neighborhood.
