I remember seeing a guy run quite a bit of juice into a Moline UB Special some years ago at a tractor pull. It was a sight to behold - the thing was a real trip, but it did stay together until they got bored with it. Last I knew they were plumbing up some sort of Roots-sytle blower to the old horse - It's pretty loose....I'd use it on something that I didn't care much about to get the flow metered, then adapt it to something else. Remember, without a blueprinted / balanced rotating assembly, you can't use much. I think the biggest problem would be ensuring that the motor took in enough regular gasoline, as they will pop quick without it. Most NOS systems have a flow sensor that cuts the squeeze if there are any problems with fuel delivery. More problems than not are started by guys using it on 'rebuilt' engines & getting a little over-zealous because they think their motor is stout enough...
