From the ser.#, it looks like you have a 1946. Depending on the tires, and if it's running. I sold an I4 for $800, but I figure it was worth $1000. It ran really well, and had good rear rubber. It's the industrial version of the W4, and according to Guy Fayes Data Book, 6,426 were produced. A regular I-4 is 7 1/2 inches narrower thatn the W-4 and has the a foot throttle. A heavy duty version was also produced. They have the same motor as the W-4, and Farmall H. So they are somewhat rare, but a real pain to work on. Everything is fitted so tight.
