FINALLY, she is coming out. Lots of crud on the sleeve wall. I used a pipe that fit over the nut on the bottom of the sleeve puller and started pounding. she finally started inching and I kept the torque on the puller while I pounded. After the lip appeared, I am now slowly cranking it out.
