Help hooking up Planter on a Super A

Trying to hook up an IH Planter on my Super A. I don't know where the link with 2 small sprockets goes I think it keeps tension on the chain. There is a bolt in the block on the left side with 2 jam nuts on it. I tried hooking the bar that has anotch cut in it and letting it just hang donw on the chain but this didn't work the chain keeps coming off the sprocket on the planter. Anybody have a clue what I talking about.
