So far I've only heard of a couple successful hydraulics add-ons to farmalls of this vintage. I've made several requests for the (key) lift mechanism, but have yet to get any workable component information. The Super A & C came from the factory with a "touch control" mechanism which has been mated in modern times to add-on 3 point hitches. The Touch control is a self-contained hydraulic cylinder and lift arm, artfully crammed under the gas tank & bolted to the top of the clutch housing. The story I hear is just buy a super A, which I may do. In the meantime my A is giving me excellent service, worthy of an update. It just needs the lift mechanism. Good luck!
