They're right in that it's not easy, but if you're mechanically inclined... Check back with me in about a month and I should know by then. We're updating two B's: an early one (no electrics, no cutout for pump) that we will add a power steering pump to; and a parts tractor I resurected with a Super C block (and a starter, I'm not in to hand cranking) so that will have the hyd pump. I have the 2nd tractor running now, just waiting for the time to weld up brackets to mount the hitch to the final drive assy's. I know these old guys don't have draft control, but I use a 3 pnt for everything; plowing, disking, mowing, raking, platform carrier (gravel, dirt, fire wood, logs, round hay bales, giving my kids rides), box & flat blades, post hole diggers, 3pnt crane, set a block of wood under an arm to break the tire bead to swap tires, countless lifting jobs that have saved my back, ... I could keep going but I think you get the picture. Stan(VA).
