I don't know if you can add the Super A hydraulics to a B, but I know you can mount a pump on the front of the tractor driven by the crank pulley (precludes hand cranking, so better hope the starter is in good shape) or run a power steering pump off a belt (flow rate is fairly low, so hydraulic operation is slow). From there it is a simple matter of fabricating a 3-pt mechanism to bolt on to the tractor. Nothing about it is impossible.
