Dave, cubs were not made until 1947 starting serial number 501. Look on the right side of the cub near the steering gear for a serial number plate. where is the touch control leaking?
Yes, they do make a 3-point hitch ( though new it runs upwords of $500.00) There are many attatchments you can get for the cub.
