can't find it anywhere in the I&T shop manual. The compression ratio is listed as 6:1 for your tractor in the manual, so if you know of any other engine, say an auto or truck, with 6 to 1 compression, the P.S.I. called for for them should be the same. But, you probably are getting ahead of yourself. It isn't the compression you get for any "one" cylinder, but rather the uniformity of compression throughout "all" cylinders. I suspect the compression on that engine ought to be about 90-95 P.S.I. or slightly more, but ought to be no more than a 15-20% drop from highest to lowest. So, 85,90,92 - 60 would be bad for the 60, probably burned valve. If you then squirt about a tablespoon full of oil in that cylinder and the pressure rises considerably, it probably means worn rings. To do the compression check, remove "all" spark plugs first. They interfere with the test. Good luck.
