I'm having trouble understanding what's up with my L3250 Kubota. If I don't start it for 3 or 4 weeks, the battery (brand new) runs down. Then when I try to jump it with my car, I get one solid click, then an almost complete blackout. The lights don't work, and I can turn the key to heat the glow plugs or to turn the starter, and it doesn't even tax the car motor. It's like a circuit breaker has been tripped, but the wiring diagram doesn't mention any such thing. The first time it happened I gave up and got a dealer to start it for me, for big bucks. He said it started just fine, like I didn't have the terminals clean enough; unfortunately I wasn't there watching him. Of course he has no incentive to help me understand the problem. Can anybody out there explain what is probably going on? Thanks so much, Doug S.
