Key way gone on hub on Super C Now what?

Hi- Took my hub off and notice one is missing the
cast in key way on the main part. Looks to be sheared off. Not sure how long its been this way, I'm not the original owner. Any ideas on how to fix this thing? Is one good key way on other piece enough? Is it possible to make a new key way
and install a removable key? Any ideas would be nice.
