I put a new 3-pt on my 400. I bought it from Saginaw Country Tractor parts. Came fully assembled, with two cylinders. Bolts onto axle, and incorporates original drawbar, so you don't lose the use of it. Cost about $690 delivered ($595 plus $90 freight). Not cheap, but I think it was worth it; very heavy duty.
