M oil pump and cam removal

HELP!! I am rebuilding a farmall M engine(first time for everything!)I need to have the block bored for larger sleeves. I have everything out of the block except for cam shaft and oil pump. My M has a pin through the top of the shaft. How do i get it out!?! Driving me crazy! No room for tools in there. Any Help much appreciated.
