Farmall C '49 What is its value?

I am buying a Farmall C '49. Tires are ok, it has a narrow front. Brakes need to be replaced, but it starts and runs well. Looks all orginal sheet metal in not straight but does not have any rust. It come with cultivators. What should I pay for it? This is a North Carolina tractor.
