IH 7' Sickel mower ID?

I recently bought an IH 7' sickle mower at auction and need some help determining the model number and year built. It is pull-behind, powered by the PTO via a pitman arm. I don't know how original it is, but is has a red frame, yellow-cream wheels (one 14" and one 15" - is this normal?) and a blue "flywheel" driving the pitman wheel through a v-belt. Any help ID'ing this mower and other info you can provide would be *greatly* appreciated. Thanks!
