I have one sleeve stuck in my F30. The steel bar on my homemade puller bent. This was after heating the sleeve with propane and then tried to pull it out with ice and rock salt packed in the sleeve. Didn't work. I'm going to try again with a thicker bar that won't bend. I know this isn't helping you out but if I free mine I'll let you know what worked.
