Don, On the upper side of the Rosa-Master pump is a small bleeder for the pump case. Clean the area around it an open it until fuel flows from it. Close it and do the cranking with the injector line(s) loosened. Also how much fuel did you put in the tank? Put enough in for a better gravity head of pressure. Good luck.
