you don't actually put pictures onto YT, you tell the browser where on the web the pictures are. You must first upload you pictures onto a website (yours or a friends), then put the url of the picture into the box at the bottom of the posting page called "optional image url." It will look something like: http://www.io.com/~mikeh/morepics/f12-3.JPG This is an F12 picture on my website. After you get your pic onto the web and put its address into the right box, then you type in your message into the comments box just like you did on your post. If all goes well, when you submit the posting you will see your comments and picture in the confirmation window before you actually send it to YT. Have fun.
