I have a 240 utl (industrial yellow?) with a IH 2000 loader it also has steering problems. It has power steering, the wheel turns a full rotation before the front wheels start to turn. It does work ok after you get there, however, it does whine(cry) if you steer with low rpms. Anyway help with this and a recommendation on who has the best service manual for this tractor would be greatly appreciated.
