Call Ken Updike at Carter & Gruenewald if he is not in Burmuda this week. 608-455-2411. Joey take it apart first. You might just only need grease seals and the packing material. I would get 2 packages of the packing material. I have never had to replace an impeller so far. The easiest way I found to get the seals and bearings out of the hub is to set it up on your vice jaws. Have them opened up a tad wider than the seal. Then take a punch and punch the back side of the bearing in a couple of spots. Both should come out pretty easily.
