You have received some good advise, when you take it apart check the brass bushing on both ends of impeller. I just replaced those bushings last winter. They can after many years of use get worn real bad. My former IHC dealer was able to locate both bushings. The small one is not in most parts books but it is an IH number and he located 7 of them and I got one of the seven. Good luck. Ralph
