Value and info on Intntl 454 w/front end loader

I'm looking at an International 454 with a 4' loader. It's gas with about 2300 hours, hydrolic brakes, good metal and ok tires. It looks rough because it's been sitting outside for a good while. Seller is checking the brakes, hydrolics, gas tank and repainting. What's it worth? Year? What usally goes wrong with these tractors? Thanks
