Adam, IH Number 9 disk was available with wheels in my 1935 catalog, and probably earlier. The No. 9 was a tandam disk. The Number 24B was the first IH offset disk with hydraulic controled wheels as far as I know. Your Number 35 should be mostly red with the spools painted blue when new. I don't have a picture of it so I am not sure about the details but I think the wheels and standards were red also. Harold H
