Is your 3" diameter for the piston or the outside of the sleeve? If for the piston, the Farmall A,B,C motors came with a 3" piston. The outside sleeve diameter down at the o-ring seal was 3 5/16", or 3 7/16" for the Super C block with the 3 1/8" piston.
