My B measure 3 5/16th at the bottom of the block and my Super A is 3 7/16th and it will take the 3 1/4 bore sleeve.
From what I gather the 3 7/16th block was mostly in the A"s (super"s) and the C"s and Super C"s.
My Super A has a dead on 25HP with the 3 1/4 bore and I know I can get more out of it with a little playing and my B should be about the same if not more because of the compression and the better head.
