Dave: I agree with CNKS and will add one other little kink. To me it sounds as though your driveway grading requires the most traction of the jobs you do with your tractor. On a hard road the 12.4 tires will actually give better traction than the 13.6. All you wold be doing is reducing the tire pps on ground.
