Dellbertt, The IPTO has a adjustable reactor band in it that will sometimes wine a little it is likely out of adjustment. You can get IT service manual at TSC that will have adjustment info in it. I am not sure about A utility but there is a seasonal disconnect on row crop tractors under belly of tractors to disconnect PTO drive when not being used regulary.
