w-6 thing,s?

I see that the M is the same tranny as the w-6, it,s kinda hard to get in a good gear for cruising, cause they are sooo low,
Alll I can do with the 6 is to get it in 4th and then hope that other,s arnt going so fast then if I go into 5th and slow down, ill really be lugging it bad i cant start out in 5th cause i dont wanna slip the clutch,If I get an M then what do i do,?
the same thing?
It kind of kill,s it for me as a parade tractor,
