It depends on the jobs you are planning to do with the loader,If your going to load gravel at the pit or unload pallets of seed corn I think you would want the 966, Jobs like moving snow or cleaning the cattle shed I would like the 4020 better, If you choose a 966, make sure it is a good shifter, A lot of guys in our area turnd away from IH for that reason for there loader tractor.
