IH part number for the belt is 455992 R1. You should be able to take a tape and measure around the pulleys and get a belt that will work. The parts book I have does not give the belt size, only the part number. The rockshaft extension is IH part 456008 R1. I doubt you can get the rockshaft part from IH, but you should be able to rig something that will work for that.
