James: I'm wanting to get the sequence straight, correct me if I'm wrong, you shut it off after 25 min of running, and it wouldn't restart or did you shut it off for 25 min then it wouldn't start. Correct me on which it is. If a warmed up tractor doesn't fire up immediately I would suspect the coil, although I'm not certain 25 min. would warm it up enough to cause coil to act this way not the first time anyhow. Usually we think of that happening after 2-3 hours of operation. If this happens again, don't crank starter more than 10 seconds, turn the switch off, walk away and come back in an hour. If it fires right after sitting for a hour, definitely the coil. Bear in mind I'm not saying the other guys are wrong. You may have that problem. You may also have both problems, however what I suggested will sort out whether the coil is a culpert.
