Shoooot! That's not bad at all! In fact...that bottom pic isn't my deck but another guys here. Mine was muuuuuch worse. My cracks were almost 3/16" between cylinders.
Now if this was a solid cast block then yeah it would be critical but since it's a sleeve engine it doesn't make that much a difference unless your sleeves wiggle in the cylinders. Most of the time it's just a superficial crack. Check the head and deck for warpage and if you find none then you know it's just an expansion crack from freezing.
