W-6 fix,s

Will oart,s welded on to the front awxle come off with grinding? someone welded little angled piece,s of metal to each side of the top of the axle when that loader was on there, upside down angled inch wide angle iron under front spring,s, Now I wanna cut them off, and I dont have a welder, I do have a new hand held grinder though, maybe that will work, Im hoping that I dont have to redo that hyd pump on there as it got hot before cause of low fluid,just put a return line on and i think that would do it, If there,s an IH person that want,s to see this perdickament, then give me yur Email and Ill e mail these pic,s to you and you can see what im dealing with,
