Check puller forum, search archives for Chad S postings. Some of his also on IH board. will give tips on using super H carb and governor springs, settings, distributor work- good for a couple extra hp. He also has magor engine tips as head milling, cam- that requires basicly doing rebuild. The drawbar setting, tires pressure and external engine tips would give you some low cost fun without blowing engine, still have usable tractor to cultivate sweet corn patch and mow hayfield. RN.
