Unfortunately it does have dry sleeves. The only ways coolant could get there is from a crack in the cylinder bore, or rust through (unlikely), or from coolant getting between the sleeve ring and block at the top of the cylinder. There is no way to get there to check without a pull down. Block sealant might keep it in check if it is not poring out. Fixing it is important for the long haul due to rusting in of the sleeve. I would put new corrosion inhibeter in it if you intend to run some sealer. Best of a bad situation, JimN
