Well, here's how I'd do it in your shoes...do the basic checks mentioned below to help be certian the engine in the other H isn't totally shot. Buy it, and then, while you still have your original H sitting there, get the new one running and driving BEFORE you sell the first one. That way if you run into an expensive problem that wasn't immediately obvious, you'll have twice the parts to choose from to fix it. Once ya get one good one running and driving to your satisfaction, THEN sell off what's left and put the money towards paint and fancy stuff for the runner. One last thing- look those tires over GOOD. I've seen many a tractor tire with good, almost new looking tread on it that has sat out in the sun so long that it's weatherchecked and/or dryrotted to the point of being darn near unuseable.
