It sounds like you have your work cut out for you. The service manuals are not designated by year (like a car or a truck would be), instead they are designated only by model. The parts diagrams are available online for free on caseIH's website: www.caseih.com, choose your language, go to parts, parts search. Then type 2500 into the search and a list of choices will appear on the left side of the screen. If you need to look up a diagram for the engine, it will be separate, and must be looked up under C-200. The master cylinder doesn't really exist on this tractor. Your tractor uses hydraulic fluid from the transmission case instead of brake fluid. It is pumped there by the MCV (multiple control valve) pump, which distributes fluid to the steering, braking, and oil cooling systems. There is a proportioning valve for the brakes, however, which is located directly behind the engine block under the hood. If the brakes are gone, before operating the tractor, change the filter. If you find stuff in it, you will need to open the rear end up and clean all of the linings out before it gets crushed in a gear, sucked into the pump, or plugs the filter and starves the pump of fluid. Try posting a new post on the forum asking about manuals for IH tractors, or look for it in the archives. People more than likely overlooked your post because very few on this board have ever seen a 2500.

I've already drilled the center of the bolt out with about 7/64" drill bit the entire length of the bolt. Only one end of the bolt is visible. I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
