Agree with CNKS its best to make sure the rim clamp bolts and nuts are in good shape before turning wheels around. After you have a flat is not the time to find out your clamp bolts are rusted tight if you leave them turned to inside. Jack up one side at a time and if you have a air wrench its easy to take rim off and turn wheel around on same side and finish it before going to other side. Makes it easier getting to wheel clamp bolts with rim out of the way. May be overkill but I always remove wheel clamp bolts and wire brush rust and dirt from threads before going back.
