rok: I saw this yesterday, didn't respond as I don't have the exact figure. Those particular wheels you have can be changed by 2" or 2.5" increments. Measure width of lug, that will tell you whether it is 2 or 2.5 inches. If you look at rims, the lugs are offset, plus flange can be place either side of lug, then you can dish flange in or out. Having said the above, just measure the current distance from fender to tire, there will a position every 2" or 2.5" within that space. I doubt if you can achive minimum tread in tractor design with 16.9x30 tires. You'll probably get down to 60" or 64" tread width. I'm almost certain 2" is the figure, however I can't say that and be 100% certain.
