Farmall F-12, Rare?

Around my area there is what I believe to be a Farmall F-12 or regular, judging by pictures I've seen. It has rear steel wheels in good shape, and a single front wheel, about 14" inches in diam., and maybe 5-6 inches wide, and smooth. How rare is this? I've never seen one in pictures, but then I'm not a Farmall collector, so I haven't seen very many. Oh, the tractor is missing the hood, fuel tank, and the block is cracked, so the condition isn't very good. But, it may be a freebie, so I was wondering if it's worth the time to haul it home, or should I leave it be?
