Nope, I had not switched the gauge from when it had originally been positive ground. I just knew enough that when I reversed the polarity of the charging system, the gauge read backwards. Also, a drain or charge of well over 30+ amps would still seem to indicate something is wrong. I can't run the tractor more than 10 seconds or I start seeing the poles of the generator getting hot. The little chrome nuts are already blistered.
