Even if it has or doesn't have them I pull the starter because you can see more there then almost any place else to maybe see what might be going on. To me its just stardard proceder and since theres only 2 or 3 botls its easy and quick to do. You can also see if theres a mouse next in there etc with the starter off. I didn't know if it had the posts or not, but I could have walked out to look but didn't. To cold right now to go look at things. But if you have as many tractors as I do you learn fast what is easy and what is hard. I have 30 plus of them and most where dead when I got them and now most are running good.
