On the bottom/front of the touch control there are two pistons and usualy the fluid leaks from there, least thats where mine leaked. You will need to remove the whole unit from the tractor. Undo the hydraulic lines from the unit but you can leave them on the tractor if you want. I took mine off and replaced the two O rings at the pump. I had my "tractor guy" fix the unit after I took it off the tractor. He ordered a kit and replaced the O rings inside the unit. A new gasket came with the kit to reconnect the two hydraulic lines. Youll have to drain the fluid. That unit is pretty heavy and slippery so you may want some help. You can lift it off by yourself tho. Just dont drop it on your toe, that would hurt. Nice job on the alt.
