Nawlens: I hate to rain on your thunder, but you best put a brace from that back generator mount to back of alternator. Several months from now, your going to be telling us how the front casting of alternator broke. I've been doing these for years and there is a principle one must adhere to. The alternator is designed to pivot on the wide base which you have on top. That has to go on bottom, with a lug at each end, to stand up to the presures of belt tension and vibration.
