Hi 784 has German Bosch injection pump there is no shut off solenoid. Did you have the STOP/START/RUN control cable off? Is it adjusted properly for the START position. So you said you had bled filters and injection pump but no fuel out the injector ports on the rear of the pump. So fuel is getting to primary pump but not to secondary pump. So STOP/START/RUN lever controls fuel into secondary pump. Could try putting some positive air pressure on fuel tank. JimB
