They were essentially a 1466 or 1566 with a 550 diesel v8. The engine was a converted gas and had problems staying in one piece. I'd guess most of that was people finding and turning up the smoke screw. The engine was a gutless wonder, with a whopping 7% torque rise (vs 30% in a 1066). The 14 would be a beast and a half driving down the road, because they had the 4 speed tranny. The 15 had outboard planitary rearend and only had a 3 speed. Probably a good tractor, provided you stay within the limits of what it was, IH's attempt at a show tractor. When I get rich, I plan on owning a 1468 with no cab. Fun ride. Aaron
